I weighed myself this morning and I am less 7#. Wow! I was surprised. I think I weighed myself a few days before starting my 30 days. So let's say in a 2 week time period, I lost weight 7#. This is so encouraging to me.
I also tried a new salad recipe tonight. It is from the Food Network's Barefoot Contessa for Cape Cod Chopped Salad. I made her recipe minus the cheese and bacon.
This is so good. I am planning to take it to my parents this week.
