Day 10

I was away from home for most of the day. It was the first day I didn't prepare my own food. I ordered a salad from a local restaurant. It was OK. I was scrapbooking with a group and there is always chocolate at these gatherings. I refused them all. I have never done that before. There was a huge 3# bag of m/m's on one gals table and I can't believe I was not even tempted.
I came home later that night and had more of my guac. I didn't eat that much that day and I felt good.
